Description: Lanie Fleischer Chester Creek Trail runs 6.1 Miles East-By-South from Westchester Lagoon to University Lake. The trail parallels Chester Creek for 4.0 Miles from Westchester Lagoon to Goose Lake. This tour starts at Westchester Lagoon and ends at Goose Lake. The trail continues on from Goose Lake for 2.1 Miles to University Lake. The trail is marked by mileposts every 1/2 mile, beginning at Westchester Lagoon, increasing as you travel East-By-South. The trail is illuminated by lamps at night. The trail has a few minor grades; however, it is well suited to the novice user. Chester Creek flows West-By-North so traveling East-By-South is generally more strenuous.
